You must not submit through this website:
- Classified information at any level.
- Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
- Export-controlled technical data subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
- Proprietary source code.
- Confidential information belonging to a current or former employer.
- Unpublished patent-sensitive detail that would prejudice a filing.
- Operationally sensitive information related to specific programs, deployments, or capabilities.
- Personal information about third parties without authorization.
- Any material subject to a nondisclosure agreement that has not been extended to include NuvoNexus, LLC and MNEOS Systems.
What to do instead
Initial discussions on this website must remain non-confidential. Describe your interest, background, or opportunity at a level that does not require confidentiality.
Once fit is established through non-confidential conversation, appropriate agreements and controlled-disclosure procedures — nondisclosure agreements, security agreements, technology-transfer arrangements, sponsored-research agreements, or other structures as appropriate — will be discussed and put in place before sensitive material is exchanged.

Submission of controlled information through this website does not create authorization, license, or obligation on the part of NuvoNexus, LLC to protect that information beyond what is described here.
