What we collect

Information you submit through forms. When you submit an expression of interest through /opportunities, a partnership inquiry through /partnerships, or an email through /contact, we receive the information you provide. This may include your name, email address, organization, role, location, discipline, participation interest, links to your public professional record, your résumé or CV if you upload one, and your responses to the short-answer questions.

Standard web traffic information. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs standard web-server information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, request time, and requested URL for the purposes of operating the website, detecting abuse, and providing analytics. We use privacy-conscious analytics that do not track individuals across sites.

Spam-protection information. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to detect automated form submissions. It is designed to avoid personal-data tracking and does not use invisible tracking cookies.

What we do not collect

We do not accept, and specifically instruct visitors not to submit, classified information, CUI, export-controlled technical data (ITAR or EAR), proprietary source code, confidential employer information, unpublished patent-sensitive detail, or operationally sensitive material through this website. If controlled or restricted material is submitted despite these instructions, we will attempt to delete it and will not use it.

How we use the information

We use information you submit to evaluate whether a collaboration, partnership, or role may make sense, to respond to your inquiry, and to maintain institutional memory of who has expressed interest. If you submit an expression of interest and we do not respond promptly, that reflects the pace at which the institution is being assembled, not a decision.

We do not sell your information.

We may share limited information internally within NuvoNexus, LLC and its affiliated entities where relevant to evaluating your inquiry, and with professional advisors bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations.

How we store the information

Form submissions and uploaded files are stored in secure cloud infrastructure under NuvoNexus, LLC control. Access is limited to individuals with a legitimate need to review the information for the purposes described above.

Retention

We retain information submitted through this website for as long as it remains relevant to a possible collaboration, partnership, or institutional relationship. You may request deletion of your information by emailing [email protected]. We will honor deletion requests except where a legal or contractual obligation requires retention.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable law. You may withdraw consent to further processing at any time by contacting [email protected]. Withdrawal of consent does not affect lawful processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
